SUB-SYSTEM 4 CDBG NEIGHBORHOOD REVITALIZATION AND INFRASTRUCTURE
The City of Palmetto will accept sealed bids from State of Florida licensed contractors to provide the professional services needed to furnish all materials; labor and equipment for infrastructure improvements including roads, curbs, sidewalks, potable water, fire hydrants and reclaim water bounded by 10th Street to the South, 10th Avenue to the East 13th Avenue to the West and 17th Street to the North within the City of Palmetto.
Entire bid package can be downloaded from the tab on the right. If you prefer to pick up a copy, you can do so at the address below for a fee. Email your request to email@example.com. Refunds will not be allowed.
Responses are due no later than 2:00pm EST on November 15, 2018 at the address below. Timely delivery is solely and strictly the responsibility of the respondent. Late bids will not be considered.
A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for 2:00pm EST on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at the address below.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids, to waive irregularities and technicalities, and to request resubmission. Also, the City reserves the right to accept all or any part of the bid and to increase or decrease quantities to meet additional or reduced requirements of the City. MBE/WBE participation is encouraged.

The subject is comprised of a .1377± acre parcel of excess land that is zoned Business and Light Commercial (CG) by the City of Palmetto.
The City of Palmetto is hereby providing notice of its intent to negotiate with all qualified purchasers for the sale of the excess land at 706 13th Street West. Responses will be reviewed and evaluated in the best interest of the City. There will be no financing – cash deals only. Any interested purchaser should contact Nixa Haisley for information at firstname.lastname@example.org regarding the property and to discuss qualification requirements. Proposals must be submitted to the office of the Purchasing Agent, 516 8th Ave West, Palmetto, FL 34221, beginning on November 1, 2018 at 8:00 A.M. EST and ending on November 15, 2018, at 2:00 P.M., EST. Responses received at 2:00:01 P.M. or later will be rejected. Late responses, regardless of reason, will be considered non-responsive. Proposals should assume a cash due at closing of sale and shall be subject to negotiations and modification, after which the City shall determine recommendations to the Commission for the highest and best proposal/offer which is in the best interest of the public. The City shall make a recommendation to the Commission which may or may not be approved at the regularly scheduled public meeting.
