1. AGENDA APPROVAL
Action Request: Motion to approve the May 19, 2008 4:00 pm agenda.
2. UPDATE: SCOTT FORECLOSURE (J. Freeman) (TAB 1)
Attorney Bob Schermer will update Commission on the Scott property
foreclosure.
3. UPDATE: MANATEE COUNTY AREA TRANSIT FACIILITY (B. Schmitt) (TAB 2)
MCAT representatives will update Commission on the revised plan for
the bus transit facility.
Additional retention was needed, resulting in the reduction of
parking spaces from eleven to five.
4. DISCUSSION: LINCOLN PARK UPGRADES (B. Schmitt) (TAB 3)
Staff will review Manatee County's proposed improvements to Lincoln
Park.
5. DISCUSSION: EMPLOYEE BACKGROUND CHECKS (M. Hall/J. Freeman (TAB 4)
Discussion to update Commission on the status of the employee
background check topic.
6. ADJOURNMENT
If any person desires to appeal any decision of the City Commission
or of any other Board of the City, that
person will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings
is made, which record includes the
testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (F.S.
286.0105).
