 IT Technology
The IT Technology Department provides computer system analysis and
programming services for all City departments. Services include
system design, software and hardware selection, installation and user
training.
Finance
The City's Finance Department is responsible for financial planning,
control and reporting. The Department also provides administrative
support in budgeting, fiscal planning, management, evaluation and
forecasting necessary for administering City services and assisting all
departments in their missions. The Department's role is to provide sound
fiscal practices in budgeting and accounting for all City funds.
Human Resources
The Office of Human Resources is responsible for providing support to
all City Departments in the areas of personnel administration, payroll and
benefits, equal employment opportunities, employee health services and
other special programs.
Purchasing
The Purchasing Department provides centralized purchasing of all
equipment, supplies and materials for City operations, solicits all bids
for purchased items as well as handling insurance and contract compliance
records for contractors and vendors.
City Attorney
The City Attorney protects the legal interests of the City by bringing
and defending civil and administrative actions, and by rendering legal
advice and counsel to the Mayor, City Council and all City departments and
divisions.
