Engineering & Project Management Division

The Engineering & Project Management Division is responsible for design, project management, permitting and site inspections. Reviews general development plans, construction plans, site plans, preliminary and final plats. Conducts traffic studies and provides recommendations based on the studies. Also, as-builts and city maps are updated and maintained within this division. Engineering coordinates with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD), Manatee County and various other local municipalities.
