The Engineering and Project Management Division is responsible for design, project management, permitting, and site inspections. The Division is also responsible for:
- Reviewing general development, construction, site, preliminary, and final plans
- Conducting traffic studies and providing recommendations based on the studies
- Updating and maintaining as-builts and city maps
