The Palmetto Police Department Communications Division is responsible for the 24/7 operation of our dispatch center and call center. All communication dispatchers have completed a complete training program and are certified in the most current 911 and emergency call center curriculum.
Dispatchers are the lifeline between callers and Officers. This position is often overlooked as being an extremely stressful and important job. We appreciate the hard work that our dispatchers perform.
